In this session you'll work with young people to identify and explore their personal values, with illustrated activities to create their own personal value inventory, and choose some guiding values to focus on in your work together. 

This draws from Hayes, Strosahl & Wilson’s 1999 work detailing a value based approach within an ACT framework. Our activity and information sheets aim to differentiate between espoused values and those in action, with the goal of supporting young people to identify important values and opportunities.
